Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Swadharma Yoga, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your purchase or request a refund. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlined below:


Refund Policy:


Digital Courses: Refunds for digital courses are available within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or downloaded the course materials. Once you have accessed the course materials, refunds will not be issued.


Consultation Services: Refunds for consultation services are available if you cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 1 hours before the scheduled time.


Physical Products: Refunds for physical products are available within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy:


Digital Courses: Once you have purchased a digital course, you may cancel your enrollment at any time. However, please note that access to the course materials will be revoked upon cancellation, and no refunds will be issued if you have already accessed the materials.


Consultation Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 1 hours before the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.


Physical Products: If you wish to cancel your order for a physical product, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the product for a refund according to our Refund Policy.
